START A CONVERSATION

Fifteen minutes, no pitch deck. Tell us what is broken and you get a straight answer on whether this fixes it, plus a scope if it does.

Who we serve

Two tracks.

Same discipline either way. How it is scoped and reported is not, so the two are kept separate.

Corporate and multi-location

Organizations

Multi-location operators, franchise groups, property and facilities companies, and service organizations with a team already in place. Scoped against your systems and your reporting, not fitted into a retainer tier.

  • Custom software, portals and internal tooling built to spec
  • Integration with the systems already in use
  • Multi-location search presence and per-location reporting
  • Documented scope, defined deliverables, one named contact
  • Invoiced, net terms, MSA and W-9 on request
Request a proposal Scoped per engagement. No published rate card.

Local and owner-operated

Local business

Single-location and owner-operated businesses that need the whole thing in one place: the website, the search presence, the ads and the follow-up.

  • Website live in 48 hours, full search baseline included
  • Google Business Profile and local search managed
  • Missed-call text back and automated follow-up
  • Google and Meta campaigns, no markup on ad spend
  • Flat monthly rate, month to month
See plans and pricing Published pricing. Three plans.

WHAT WE BUILD

What we build.

Everything is built in house. Most engagements start with one and add the others as the business grows.

Custom Software and Apps

Built to spec when nothing off the shelf fits. Customer portals, booking, member apps, dispatch and internal tooling, with the integrations and dashboards on top. We design the interface and write what runs under it.

  • Portals and booking
  • API integrations
  • Webhooks
  • Dashboards
  • Built to spec

Websites

A real marketing site, live in 48 hours, with the full search baseline in it from the first deploy. Not a template with a logo dropped on it, and you own it outright.

  • 48-hour launch
  • Schema + llms.txt
  • Local and multi-location SEO
  • You own it

AI Automation and LLM Systems

Two things: Missed call texts back in seconds, leads followed up, reviews requested after every job, full CRM buildout with A2P first filed. And the engineering side: retrieval assistants over your own data, agents that take actions in your systems, deployed to production with cost controls and evals on it.

  • LLM assistants + RAG
  • Agents that take actions
  • Missed call text back
  • CRM buildout
  • A2P 10DLC

Paid Acquisition

Google and Meta campaigns built for booked work, not impressions. Copy, creative, landing page and tracking, tuned monthly against cost per lead. Ad spend goes straight to the platform and is never marked up.

  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Attribution
  • No spend markup
  • Monthly tuning

Content and Production

A real camera on site, not stock. Short-form video cut, captioned and published, plus ad creative cut from the same footage.

  • On-site shoot day
  • 8 to 12 edited clips
  • Video ad creative
  • Published for you

ASK IT PLAINLY

Do you do the thing I need?

Type what you are trying to build or fix. You get the real scope answer, not a brochure line.

  • Do you build apps?
  • webhooks
  • GoHighLevel
  • How fast is a website?
  • Do you run Google ads?
  • Will my texts deliver?

Engineering

What is actually under the hood.

The capabilities a technical buyer qualifies on. Everything listed here is in production on work we have shipped, not a service we would be learning on your budget.

AI and LLM systems

  • Assistants that answer over your own documents and records, with retrieval
  • Multi-step agents that take actions in your systems, not just reply
  • Structured extraction from unstructured text, email and documents
  • Model routing with fallback, plus token and cost controls
  • Output evaluation, so quality is measured rather than assumed

Automation and integration

  • Event-driven workflows, webhooks in and out
  • Third-party API integration with keys held in a secret store, never in code
  • Scheduled jobs and reconciliation, because a 200 is not proof of delivery
  • CRM buildout, including GoHighLevel, and A2P 10DLC filed first

Backends and data

  • Postgres and Supabase, schema design, migrations, row-level security
  • Serverless functions on Cloudflare Workers and Netlify
  • Auth, roles and permissions that hold up to an actual staff roster
  • Idempotency, so a retried job does not bill or dispatch twice

Portals and front end

  • React and Next.js customer, member and staff portals
  • Role-gated access, dashboards and internal tooling
  • Design systems and component libraries, not page-by-page styling
  • Accessibility and Core Web Vitals held to a measured standard

Payments and commerce

  • Stripe subscriptions, checkout, invoicing and customer portals
  • Webhook reconciliation against the ledger, so paid means paid
  • Shopify and catalog integration
  • Usage and plan changes handled without manual invoicing

Search and AI visibility

  • Technical SEO, schema, sitemaps and internal link architecture
  • GEO and AEO, so the brand is cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews
  • llms.txt and crawler access verified, not assumed
  • Multi-location and per-location search presence
How it works

Three calls, then a cadence you set.

Step 01 01/03

Discovery call

Thirty to sixty minutes, by phone or Zoom. How the business actually runs, where the work comes from, and who else on your side needs to be in the conversation. No pitch and no deck.

  • 30 to 60 minutes
  • Phone or Zoom
  • No deck, no discovery retainer
Step 02 02/03

Scoping call

The scope gets written live with you on the line. Open questions closed, the foundation laid out. You leave knowing what is being built, what it costs and what happens first.

  • Scope written on the call
  • Cost and first milestone agreed
  • Nothing starts before this
Step 03 03/03

Ongoing cadence

Catch-up calls weekly, every two weeks or monthly, whichever you want. Zoom, email or phone. You get a direct number, not a ticket queue.

  • Your cadence, not ours
  • Zoom, email or phone
  • A direct number

Pricing

Corporate engagements

Scoped, not tiered

Software, integrations, portals and multi-location programs are quoted against a written scope. You get a fixed build figure and a defined monthly, in writing, before anything starts.

  • Scope written live on the second call
  • Build and monthly quoted separately and plainly
  • Invoiced, net terms available, MSA and W-9 on request
  • One named contact for the life of the engagement

Who you work with

You deal with the person who builds it.

Deliberately small. New builds are capped at five at a time, which is what keeps that true instead of aspirational.

Founder · writes the code, ships the work

Carlos Bishop

Carlos builds it. He writes the code, runs every deploy, and is on every call from the first conversation through the monthly check-in. There is no account manager relaying messages to a developer you never meet, because the developer is the person you have been talking to the whole time.

  • Writes the code and owns the architecture
  • Runs every deploy and every launch
  • On the discovery call, the scoping call and the catch-ups
  • Your point of contact for the life of the engagement

Vice President

Diego R

Where we work

Engagements across the United States.

Everything else runs remotely and works the same whether you are in El Paso, Dallas, Atlanta, Phoenix or anywhere else in the country.

El Paso metro is where we work in person. Studio is the only plan that needs you nearby, because it includes a shoot day we drive to.

Do you work with larger companies and multi-location businesses?
Yes. Bishop Systems works with multi-location operators, franchise groups, property and facilities companies and service organizations alongside its local-business book. Corporate work is scoped against a written statement of work rather than sold off the published plan tiers, because a dispatch platform and a booking form are not the same job. We invoice, net terms are available, and an MSA and W-9 are provided on request. Call (915) 505-0899 or email [email protected] to start a scope.
What does it cost to work with Bishop Systems?
There are two tracks. Local business is published and flat: three plans, each with a one-time $1,997 build fee and then a flat monthly rate. Foundation is $497/mo and covers the website live in 48 hours, GoHighLevel setup with A2P registration, missed call text back, automatic Google review requests, Google Business Profile, local SEO, hosting and a monthly report. Growth is $1,297/mo and adds Facebook and Google ads running together, ad copy and graphics, an ads landing page, lead tracking, follow-up automations, 2 to 5 social posts a week and a monthly results call. Studio is $1,500/mo local and in person and adds a monthly on-site shoot day; full production, meaning photo shoots, multiple shoot days and ad creative cut from the footage, starts at $3,000/mo, and out of state pays a better rate on everything except the filming. Corporate engagements, custom software, apps and portals are quoted per scope instead, starting from $9,500 to build plus $497/mo, with the real figure set in writing after a discovery call. Ad spend is always separate and paid directly to the platform, never marked up.
Do you only work with businesses near you?
No. Bishop Systems works with businesses across the United States. Everything except the Studio plan runs remotely and works exactly the same whether you are in El Paso, Dallas, Atlanta, Phoenix or anywhere else in the country. Studio is the one exception, because it includes a monthly shoot day we physically drive to, so that one is El Paso metro only.
Can you build software, not just marketing?
Yes, and it is the largest part of the work. Bishop Systems builds customer portals, booking and member apps, dispatch tooling, internal dashboards and custom integrations, including third-party API work with credentials held properly in a secrets store and webhooks in both directions so systems stay in sync in real time. Live examples include a member services platform with Stripe billing, ServiceWorks dispatch and Shopify inventory wired together, and a student portal with gated access codes. Software is quoted per scope from $9,500 to build plus $497/mo to maintain.
How fast can my website be live?
Most Bishop Systems websites go live within 48 hours of kickoff. We are not starting from a blank page, we are configuring a proven build to your business, so you do not wait months for a launch. Custom software and portals run on agreed milestones instead, because those are built rather than configured.
Who will I actually be working with?
Carlos Bishop, the founder. Carlos writes the code, runs every deploy and is on every call, from the first discovery conversation through the monthly check-in. There is no ticket queue and no account manager relaying your request to a developer you never meet, because the developer is the person you have been talking to the whole time. The rest of the team handles new business, production and account support so that stays true as the book grows. Reach Carlos at (915) 505-0899 or [email protected].
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. Local plans run month to month and can be cancelled at any time. Corporate engagements are governed by a written scope with defined deliverables and milestones, and an MSA is available where your procurement process requires one.
How many clients do you take at once?
Bishop Systems caps new builds at five at a time so existing accounts do not slip, which is the reason the team is deliberately small. Published rates are reviewed as capacity fills, and anyone who signs at a given rate keeps that rate for as long as they stay, so an increase never applies retroactively. Call (915) 505-0899 to check current availability.
Can you take over ads I am already running?
Yes. We audit your existing ad accounts, identify what is wasting budget, and rebuild the campaigns against cost per lead and closed work rather than impressions. Results vary by industry and current spend.
What is GEO or AEO and why does my business need it?
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) are what make your business show up when somebody asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini or Google's AI Overview for a recommendation. AI search is growing fast and traditional SEO alone no longer covers it. Every Bishop Systems site ships with the full SEO, GEO, AEO and SXO baseline built in.
Do you sell a course, and how is it different from the client work?
One course, and only one. The AI Money Course is $500 one time for 30 days, five slots at a time, and it is sold to individuals who want to run this themselves. It includes the video modules, live calls with Carlos, the outreach systems the agency runs, and the automation snapshots imported into your own GoHighLevel account. The client plans and corporate engagements are the opposite arrangement, where Bishop Systems does the work for you. You do not need one to get the other, and there is no upsell ladder inside the course.
